Step 1: Online Registration Form

Begin the enrollment process by completing our Online Registration Form below.

The information you will provide in this form is for the ʻōpio (youth ages 11-14 years) attending

and the makua (adult family member) who is accompanying them.

A copy of your responses will be sent to the email you provided upon completion.

Step 2: Enrollment Packet

Once registration is complete, you will receive an email link to required waiver forms as well

as a link for Hui Mauli Olaʻs records and another specific for the site/moku that your Hui will be.
