I was exposed to the healing arts as a child. Inspired to help my family and friends, I gravitated to the Hawaiian healing arts. Included in Lomilomi, I like to integrate the knowledge of Laʻau ʻIwi (bone setting), Laʻau Lapaʻau (medicinal plants), stretching, energy/chi breathing and nutrition.

After graduating from Kapi’olani Community College massage therapy program, I continued my education with Kumu Alva Andrews, Keola Chan, Levon Ohai, the Papakolea community center students of Kalama Makaneʻole, LiAnn Uyeda, and Kaipo Kaneakua. Completion of Integrative Nutrition has broadened my outlook on what we put in our bodies and the what is good (or not good) during specific health ailments.
