Koolaupoko Civic Club Lomilomi
Who are they?
The Ko`olaupoko Hawaiian Civic Club was first established in August, 1937, by a group of kama`aina residents of the Kane`ohe area. It became chartered with the State Association of Hawaiian Civic Clubs at the Association’s first annual convention in 1959.
Today, the Civic Club continues its effort to support the culture and heritage of Native Hawaiians through its educational and service programs, community outreach, and participation in the Association of Hawaiian Civic Clubs.

Kupuna & Competitor Lomilomi
Come and try different styles of Lomilomi (Hawaiian Massage & Body Therapy). Practitioners will be displaying their work on kupuna and participants at Koolaupoko Civic Club Lomilomi . Treat yourself, your friends and your family to a session. Meet therapists from around O’ahu. Make connections and relax. Our skilled hands and feet provide healing on multiple levels. Many of our local kumu(teachers) are proudly represented by students from different schools of healing. And the mana(energy) of kupuna(elders) who have passed flows vibrantly in their haumana(students) connecting generations through effective traditional treatments.
Sessions run on a sign-in basis and by donation, typically running for 15-20 minutes. Participants should wear clothes that move well for the variety of stretching involved.
Please contact us if you are a practitioner who is interested in participating.
